With very trembling fingers, I posted on my social media accounts at the end of November about an idea that I had. I wanted to sell 30 tote bags and use the proceeds of the sales to buy a pair of shoes for each child in the village for Christmas. God, in His amazing providence, took that small idea and exploded it. Shortly after I posted, I began to wake up to messages from people sending money for the school shoes and also to people who were making purchases from the Sakamana shop.

People were impacted that kids would only want a pair of shoes for Christmas that it motivated them to give towards the project. God took a tiny seed of an idea and grew it into....brand new shoes for 30 kids plus a Christmas box filled with goodies!! Thank you to all who have supported this project through donations or purchases.
